Order confirmation

When you place your order we will immediately email you an order confirmation. Within 24 hours you should receive a second email to confirm your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a payment problem we will email you.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order is in processing it will likely be shipped that day. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied with a track and trace number if applicable. The email will outline typical shipping times and how to contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery terms

• For deliveries within India, we will take up to 15 days to process the order. We will then use a trusted domestic courier company to ship the order.
• Please place different orders if you wish to ship them to two or more different addresses.
• Once the products are shipped from our location, the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number / docket number) will be sent to you at that very moment.
• By order of a Court or authorized administrative agency, we reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials.
• While purchasing product through payment gateway the safety of all your transactions will ensure be ensured by the Company.
